Shipping Policy

  1. Courier via GDEX *We ship nationwide - Malaysia only*
  2. If full payment received before 2.00pm on weekday (Mon-Fri), we will post via GDex on the same day once payment is verified.
  3. If payment received after 2.00pm on weekday (Mon-Fri), we will post on the next working day for Gdex once payment is verified.
  4. For order & payment received and verified on weekend (Sat & Sun), we will only post on the following Monday or working day.

Return & Refund Policy

Only for Incorrect Item / Faulty Item / Damaged Item

  • Send us picture via email / whatsapp / sms to 014-5854444 (SKY), we will solve your matter!  
  • Return a new unit *subject to hardware issues (not covered if human damage by customers). 
    *Poslaju fees will be covered by GSTphone.
  • 7 days 1 to 1 exchange (Hardware issue, with no physical damage on the unit / scratches / dent) 
    - have to be in completely new condition + all accessories in box. 
  • Software issues will not be entitled for exchange.
What is GSTphone Returns policy?

All items sold on are covered under the GSTphone Returns policy.

Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.

Requirements for a valid return:
  • Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
  • Bank details in Return Form if original payment are made via eGHL or Cash on Delivery.
  • Your bank account details so GSTphone can credit the refund directly to your bank account for cases where retun is valid and Customer does not request for 1 to 1 exchange.
  • Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met (check out below)
For which reason can I return an item?

You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. Your return courier fee will not be reimbursed.

Can I return an item after & calendar days upon receipt?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days unless it is covered under GSTphone warranty (For Imported set/AP set).

Passed this period, If the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, for prompt assistance please contact the manufacturer directly to organize the return.

You can also find all the contact information of your product’s warranty center on the warranty card inside your package.


How long is the quality evaluation process?

Replacement/ Refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. 
This quality evaluation process may last up to 2 business days.

For Replacement (1 to 1 exchange), item will be couried to the same address on the first purchase.

For Refund process, you will receive the credit including return courier charges within 5-15 working days, depending on your bank policies. You must provide your bank account number for us to credit the payment.
